HOW DOES IT WORK?
Using evidence-based techniques based on over 30 years of HeartMath Institute research, as well as wisdom and practices from ancient traditions, you’ll learn how to make the most of, and build on, your energy.
Over 3 small group sessions (maximum 10 participants), we’ll identify where you experience ‘energy drain’ throughout your day, how to stop it, and how to renew and increase your energy and feel revitalised and alive.
Each participant will receive Heart Rate Variability technology which allows us to measure our state of energy optimisation and renewal.
